Brotherly Love

I love this picture! The boys are really excited about having a baby sister! The other night both of them wanted to see my "big belly". It was sweet... lots of pats and kisses were given to her and to hear them talk to my belly was adorable! Thinking our house will be "rocked" come May, but hopefully some added estrogen will prove to be a good thing!

How is your HEALTH journey coming? Any new workouts? Better eating habits?? Remember TODAY is a NEW DAY! Keep moving ahead!

DISNEY HALF/FULL MARATHON

Hubby and I kick started this NEW YEAR with some MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS!!!
After our first MARATHON last April we decided that we'd like to "go big" and do DISNEY!!
So we signed ourselves up... thinking we might have another baby I went "Donald duck" with the HALF, but hubby took up the slack and decided to go "GOOFY"! Which means a half on Saturday and then a FULL the following day...total of 39.3 miles!!

REALLY PROUD of our accomplishments!!! Me COMPLETING the HALF MARATHON 20 weeks PREGNANT with baby girl! HUBBY truly GOING THE DISTANCE and COMPLETING the GOOFY CHALLENGE! AMAZING what your body can do with a little training and A LOT of determination!!!

So set your sights on a GOAL THIS YEAR!! MAKE it amazing!!! PUSH yourself beyond the "normal" limits and JUST DO IT!!!

What's on your FITNESS agenda this year??!!?!? A new strength training plan.... trying yoga....Boot camp class....a HALF MARATHON....or FULL.... maybe even a Triathlon? Find something BIG and make it happen. TRUST ME...the SENSE of ACCOMPLISHMENT OVERIDES the hardwork!
