Biting the BULLET!

Well I did it!!!
I BIT the BULLET and signed up for my FIRST (and mabybe only) FULL MARATHON!!!
I know, CRAZY!!! But I'm inspired after completing my first half marathon in October...what's ANOTHER 13.1 miles?
Seriously, if BIGGEST LOSER contestants can do it then SO CAN I!!!!

REALLY... we ALL can if we WANT TO!! MAKE up your mind, find something to set your sites on and JUST DO IT!! What is your next big fitness goal???

Fingers crossed for the winter training blues. Actually, I decided to run on the treadmill today (as it was WAY TOO COLD outside) and logged 5 miles! Not bad for "skipping" the running for a "few" weeks. It felt GREAT...let's hope the treadmill will be my friend for many more "inside" runs!

OH...I'm tempted. I'm tempted. I trained up to 20 miles last year. Surely I can make it to an actual marathon this year?

Actually, we'd be the perfect running team: there are so many things we don't know about each other that we would talk-talk-talk all the pain and boredom away. :)

That is awesome! I did one in 1998. It was really hard, but I finished. Not sure I'd ever consider one again, but I might have a half of one in me. :)
