Holiday World Adventure

It's been 2 weeks since my last post....that sounds like confession....I guess it kinda is...feeling a bit guilty for nelegecting the site, but life just happens!
Busy BUSY busy these last few weeks! Having fun with the family, teaching aerobics, running, traveling, and just going on with the days. Will try to do better! School started here yesterday....doesn't mean much for us since we're not "offically" in school. Preschool does start in about 3 more weeks...so we'll see how the last few weeks of "freedom" roll. How are the workouts coming? Are you making enough time to sweat some? Remember...it's SO IMPORTANT to keep exercise as apart of your DAILY routine...even if it's just a walk...on those days when you can't make to to the gym! Take care of your body and it will take care of you!
Tell me your best workout lately.....

Enjoy some pictures of Holiday world.... a GREAT amusememnt park close by.

Aw, what fun! I am glad you are out there having a good time and NOT spending lots of time on the computer!! I am doing well, and yes, I continue to get plenty of exercise although I have been struggling with being bored on the elliptical. I busted my hip in 2001 so I'm not supposed to do high-impact, like running... So I am thinking about trying swimming once or twice a week. But may take me a while to get my rear to the pool! I am inspired by the 3 triathlons my husband did this summer though!! ;-)

Fabulous pictures. Glad you're having such a great time. Enjoy them not being in school. I don't like sending my boys! Don't tell them or they'd really fake sick.
My best workout lately - ran nine miles, did intervals uphill. Uphill. My s-i-l egged me on. It was killer. Loved every minute of it.
